• what you need cleaned and any notes you add;
• photos you upload of your furniture, rugs or mattresses;
• the messages you send us by text, WhatsApp or social media.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

We do not take online payments on this website and do not collect payment card information here.

We use your photos only to understand the job and give you an accurate price. We do not publish them or use them in advertising without your permission. Please avoid including people or personal documents in your photos.

• to follow up about your service, including our satisfaction guarantee;
• to keep records of our work and improve our service;

If you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Clean2Go about your request — for example your quote, scheduling and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle your request, and only for that purpose:

• our website hosting provider;
• a secure database and file storage service where quote requests and photos are kept (Supabase);
• a messaging app we use to notify our team about new requests (Telegram);
• the messaging service you choose for replies (your phone carrier or WhatsApp).

We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep quote requests and photos for as long as needed to serve you and keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing clean2gola@gmail.com.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This site uses only the basic cookies and browser storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
