Question 2

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Tap "Get Free Quote", snap a photo and leave your number — we'll text you the price and a time that works for you. Or just text or WhatsApp us at (818) 427-6942. We reply 24/7.

Question 3

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use certified, non-toxic products that are safe for kids and pets. For pet stains we use enzyme treatments that break the odor down instead of just masking it.

Question 4

How long does it take, and when can I use my furniture?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning takes 1–2 hours. Your furniture is ready to use in 6–10 hours. Need it sooner? Add Fast Drying.

Question 5

Can you remove pet stains and odors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Odor & Pet Urine Removal treatment ($50) targets the source of the smell. Very old or set-in stains may not come out 100% — send us a photo and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Accepted Answer

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the result, let us know within 48 hours and you get your money back.
